WTB Pandora Battery for PSP 1000

I bought that, and it did not charge when I plugged it into my PSP. It didn't even really fit into my PSP phat, and when left to 'charge' overnight it drained to 0% charge and is basically a six dollar brick at this point.

I'm not willing to make my own pandora battery or buy something that's been cut by an exacto knife and taped back together. Pray tell, BG, can you hook me up? Send PMs if you have a source, I'd prefer something specifically made for the PSP phat and not some hybrid like the one that failed me before.

If you know of a reputable internet dealer who still sells what I want and has it in stock I'm all ears.

iirc, you don't need the battery charged to enter service mode via pandora, just boot it up using a magic-memory-stick with the AC hooked up, then swap it with an actual battery once its about to mod the firmware.

Don't you need to boot into service mode to create an MMS?

No. You create it using a program on your PC. (just Google something along the lines of "Magic Memory Stick Creator")
