Laundry symbols

I require some help here BG. I bought a pair of cycling socks (planning on returning them for smaller size) but I need to wash them. I checked the label and the symbols did not make sense. THe material names are in Italian but you can make some sense of what they are:

Now the second image is my racing gear. It has slightly different fabric than the typical lycra in most cycling jerseys. I need to wash it because its starting to smell but the different material could react to my typical cold wash > hang dry. Heres the washing instructions:

Use 30 degree water.
don't build a pyramid out of them
don't put them in a blender
Pee on them.

2nd image:
1st three are the same, then:
don't shove up someones asshole
Don't use a condom

As for the temperature, keep in mind if they're made in Italy, it's probably in celcius, which would mean it's warm water, not cold. (If ever there's doubt, just use cold water anyway.)

Top: Cold water, Do Not Bleach, Iron w/ low heat, Dry Clean

Dude, read the labels. Seriously, each one is described (in English) on the second one:

Machine wash cold
Do not bleach
Do not iron
Do not dry clean
Do not tumble dry

Use the second label to figure out the first...wow.

A lot of athletic apparel requires (or suggests) a specific detergent or dry clean. They are made out of special material that is used for wicking away sweat. The material could be compromised with other methods.

It was more of the first one I was after. The second one was more of a "well I'm making a thread anyways" type of deal.
