This goes out mainly to the SSFIV and MvC3 people, but I'm looking to start some tournaments up in my area and hopefully build a much larger community for them in my town. However, I'm not really sure where to start.

For those who have gone to some of the bigger tournaments around country, what are your main likes/dislikes about them? As in, how they're run, the games, venue likes/dislikes.
