he used it while walking 3x/week and was always muscular- but had a beer-belly, after 5 months he trimmed down and says i can use it as long as I can replace the pads -

Ok I have always been curious what these feel like when used.

Dont they basically just use electrodes that stimulate the nerves causing them to contract? Does it feel like a mild shock or what?

My brother had a small one years ago and when I was younger I tried it out. It was like a pulse shocking into my arm or waist, where ever I placed it. I could feel tension in my muscles while using it and that's all I could remember.
