But yeah, never played Supreme Commander... probably won't either. There are so many RTS games nowadays that they all just end up playing the same imo. The last RTS game that I was addicted to was Dawn of War... but now I'm eagerly awaiting Starcraft 2 and Dawn of War 2

been playing it since release, if you start playing it wanting supreme commander, you'll probably be disappointed

if you go into it expecting a pretty different type of RTS, you'll fucking love it

i like it a lot, though the battles are much shorter and the maps are much smaller

graphics are awesome though

I'm feeling screwed over, I loved TA, enjoyed SupCom, and played SupCom2 for about 2 days before getting bored. The glory of the previous two games (+ multiple expansions) were the huge ass bases, massive experimentals that were hard and epic battles, resource management etc. Now you just build a tonne of converters and spam spam spam :/
First they borked DOW40k:II, then they did SupCom2, what's next? *emo*

i dont' know, i'm enjoying the 2nd one more then the first, probably cause of the smaller maps and not as long battles. its no Total Annhiliation or Starcraft, but it will hold me over till SC2
