XI Wiki
Ok I wanna put some new themes/wallpapers on my new Windows 7 laptop and downloaded some funky futuristic ones but there compressed with .rar format and I'm unfamiliar with that so does anyone know of a good free program I can use and thanks in advance for your advice.

7zip is probably your best option (it's free), unless they changed Winrar in the past two years or so you'll either need to crack it or live with some annoying buy me type screens
