Kind of interesting speech. I think I remember reading an article on Discover or something not too long ago talking about how cells don't die due to lack of oxygen (like in a heart attack), but the cell death occurs when blood full of oxygen is rushed back through the system. A slow exposure to oxygenated blood can restore someone w/o the effects of cell damage (dain bramage).
