Hi everyone,

Applications to TeleTubbies are now open. Please take a moment to read our welcome message (thetubbies.com) so you can learn a little about our LS and what we expect from our applicants. All applications will be subject to member discussion and voting privately within our forums; we will do our best to respond to your application in a timely fashion.

Many of you have asked about TT's schedule and the type of events we tackle on a regular basis. We are an end-game, non-HNM LS; we have a EU-majority member-base and operate within a GMT schedule. We cover Einherjar/Odin, Limbus/Ultima/Omega, Sky/Kirin, Sea/Ix's/Jailers, ZNM's/PW, KSNM99's, Ouryu/Bv2, Dynamis, Fomor[S], etc regularly. We average 8-10 LS events per week plus member-led Salvage and Nyzul runs.

We hope that some of you from Hades will find a new home here with TT and we look forward to getting to know you. TT is currently enjoying our season break and will aim to resume LS events April 5, 2010.

thx wolf. it should be mentioned, that we run events by an unique points/bid system. in short: you earn points for everything you do and those can be used to bid on any item you can use. distribution of the drops from an event follows the order of the bids, descending. details are inside the "Welcome to Teletubbies" sticky in the app forum on our site. all drops are ruled by that system and there is no distribution of drops based on the decision of a sh/leader.

Of course I'm biased, but yeah our point system seems to be uniquely objective. I like that our members are able to control to some degree what they invest in/get out of our LS events in terms of gear.

To be fair, it's tied to a program on our website that does most of the work; I'm not sure how effective we would be in managing points without that website program.

I also think that any system, even the subjective ones, can be successful if those managing it are consistent and the parameters are cleary stated. We just happen to have something out of the ordinary that works well for us.
