From my experience with him, he was a horrible player, always cried about shit when it didnt go his way, and usually started drama in shouts. I guess what Aiden said is true, his blm is decent. Other than that hes kind of retarded.

All gear but no skill. Couldn't MB a skillchain if he was given a 3 month advanced warning and when he did it he used wrong spells. Also managed to break both the cardinal rules of Dragons Aery (Rule #1 - No sleepga. Rule #2 - NO SLEEPGA) within a couple of days of being on trial in our LS. Needless to say he didn't pass the trial.

See lots of ppl running around Garuda with Magic or Magik in their name but no Magicman. Maybe the name is something slightly different?

On his FFXI AH profile on Carbuncle he has Maryoku = Magical Power. There was a Magicpower on Garuda up until end of August 07 according to AH history.

From a brief stint with Epic, the guy was completely clueless. Didn't know his head from his ass, couldn't gear himself right to save his life. Flame ring on BLM? Come on.

If I remember right, they kicked him because they finally got fed up with his fuckups.

Thanks for the info guys. And he said in his application that his previous name was, letter for letter, Magicman.......but it was all a trap apparently.

He actually ran of with some of our pop sets for sky (for Insurgents LS, which he was a co-lead of)- and to be honest, he was more talk than actual skill. He mentioned a few times he's 30M away from a relic, blah blah, and then complained that he doesn't have any gil and has to sell his Demon Helm +1 to make ends meet. And to be perfectly frank, his method of communication is at times, offensive - and he tries to stir up some drama when it's not really necessary.

His girlfriend (wife?) also plays - she got bansticked for arguing with JPs in Korroloka, and he even tries to charge people for the "right" to pull for summoner burns.

His BLM, is decent - at best. I've never seen his RNG or his THF in action, so I can't really comment on those.

I'd be wary of him. I wouldn't trust him with a stack of wind crystals.
