It's literally gotten to the point where when people PM me and I tell them they should make a thread on General to get more answers about their question, they tell me they avoid making science threads because he'll show up. His presence is degrading both the quality and quantity of science discussion on this forum.

And that's interesting for me to say because my supervisor has done some very interesting work with electrical circuits and DNA. Not DNA computing but pretty cool nonetheless.

I'm an extremely nice guy, even to people I disagree with. It takes a lot for me to beef with anyone. Name the most annoying guy on the forum, and I guarantee I don't have a problem with that person. So the fact that I have a grudge with him to the point where we'll have arguments or I'll openly speak on him says a lot.

I'm always worried people will either believe what he says (which is bad when he's so wrong) or that people will avoid discussing science and math because he's around. There's nothing wrong with not knowing what the heck you're talking about. He just needs to stop pretending he does.
