K. So I live with my parents and make above average grades. I'm in all AP classes and i have about a 94gpa (having mostly As and Bs). I don't show my parents my report card cause I see no need because I get letters from colleges like Princeton and Harvard and stuff (high psat).
Apparently they went to my school today and talked with my assistant principle and I'm not sure about what he told them. If they found out about my withholding of report card, I can expect some punishment cause apparently my grades aren't good enough. I need help on what to say and how to respond if they ask for a report card.

They're your parents. So fucking what if you're getting letters from prestigious schools? That doesn't mean that you're above them. Stop being a child and show them your damn report card like a good little kid.

Except this means nothing. Taken out of 6 points for weighted:

4 for A in a normal class
5 for A in an honors class
6 for A in an AP class

One of my friends got something like a 5.4 total weighted GPA our senior year. She only got A's so that means Honor classes were bringing her GPA down, lol

They are your parents, it is their jobs to know whats going on with you.

Let me clarify this for you: IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU SEE NO POINT. You are the child. They are the parents. Once you are out on your own and are paying your own bills, if you don't see the point in doing something then you can do whatever the fuck you please. You ARE hiding it from them by not showing it. If you're not ashamed of it THEN SHOW IT TO THEM.

YOU are creating an issue out of nothing just because you don't see the logic behind your parents reasoning, and you mistakenly think that your opinion matters at all in this equation.

I don't see what the problem is here? If you're doing well in school remind your parents of this if they don't realize this from your confusing as shit report card and you should avoid the beating. If they still beat you, tough shit, just keep in mind you're almost out of there and if you do as well on the SATs as you did on the PSATs you're a shoo-in for any number of good schools (maybe not Princeton/Harvard depending on your geographic location with Bs) but still you should have no problem getting in somewhere prestigious and w/ a coed population that can't wait to polish your rod after keggers.

If you're doing actually doing well and getting letters from ivy league, then there is no reason for you to be omitting your grades from them. I got letters from Harvard/Columbia/etc too because of my 1550 SAT score, and that didn't prevent me from showing my crappy grades to my parents, because they cared enough about me to want to know about my grades.
