Anyone know where to get car service manuals online for free. Not the owners guide but actual service manual. I've checked a couple torrent sites but no luck.

Find a forum specific to your make/model that enthusiasts regularly post on.
Ask if anyone could bum you a .pdf or similar of the service manual.
Done!

You're only gonna find a handful of makes & models via torrent or search. Most small car communities/forums keep them locked up in private archive. (Register on their forum to see/etc.).

I'd know especially since I commonly get asked by an older mechanic which does work free for me in exchange.
