We've formed out of a small group of friends farming Dynamis and Limbus for various equip, gil and just random NMs we felt like killing.
To further increase our game experience we've decided to expand to be able to cover many more aspects of the game.

However, as we enjoy the thrill and a challenge we have no desire to turn our LS into another mind numbing member Zerg Shell, so try to keep our number under 25 members and typically low man most events.

We look for members who have either experienced all of endgame or can listen and learn at higher pace. And must be willing to learn and look up stuff along the way.



Our Targets:

We do not camp any HNMs or NMs at all, to avoid the 4-5 Hours of staring in blank space, thus we have decided to cover other markets to potentially net the same, if not more, than SW/DI Shells while actually killing shit in the time you normally would be required to Camp or Scan.

Our events consist of Dynamis, Limbus, Einherjar(to be recommenced soon) and anything that can be force popped like KS99s, ZNMs, SCNMs, VNMs, Ouryu, BV2, etc. The list doesn't end here.



Progress:

We have started forming in February, and have gotten around 200M Gil in our first two months.

There were members who were just here to leech and start drama when they constantly skipped events and then thought they had the right to bitch about not being able to lot against fulltime members. Long story short, they have been disposed of to create space for new, motivated, skilled and active members.



Banking and lots:

Everything that isn't exclusive will be sold for bank and split out once per month to all attending members that meet a small minimum attendance. This minimum attendance is solely to avoid further leeches.

Attendance for all events will be taken equally, to avoid people only showing up to things they need/want or that bring the most gil.
Everyone is free to farm in their free times, be it to make extra gil or to ensure lots on a certain item.

If a member brings a pop set they are free to either chose a piece of r/e gear or a flatout split of the gil that comes in with the rest flowing into the LS bank for the monthly payouts.
Our most active members have made up to ~10M in the not as well going month.



Requirements:

We are currently looking for people with at least two jobs at 75.

Either BLM or WHM is a must to join with at least one more of: Zerg-ready DRK, WHM, BLM, RDM, PLD, TH4, BRD

We assume you have access to all zones. Dynamis-Tavnazia access is set aside for now.

We assume you can and will gather pops in your offtime, we avoid farming Triggers as an LS at all cost, as it's a massive time sink and wasted efforts. Going with more than a handful of people to gather Sky, Sea, etc pops shouldn't be done by anyone, unless on the way to something else. We focus on actually popping NMs or other events during our event times. Now this does not mean you have to farm day in day out, but if you have no intention of supplying to the shell you are most likely not suited. Our core members constantly gather either SCNM Boxes, Deeds, Virtues or other kinds of pops. This puts alot more gil into everyone's pockets and should be handled equally, of course farmers are sensitive to a noticable bonus.

Equipment lots are based on your attendance, which resets every month to ensure a fair chance for everyone.



Schedule:
Our events don't have a certain time, it always depends if the client is online or not, however, for our regular events we start at 6PM GMT, it goes like:
Saturday and Tuesday: Dynamis
Sunday and Wednesday: Limbus and Einherjar
Monday, Thursday and Friday: Random stuff for LS or clients

Can't speak for the entire LS but there are great people in this LS, Tri and Nal being 2 of them. From what I hear, these people bank, as they're eventing almost every day. Purchased a couple things here and there from them and was not let down, due to how great they work.
