Recently my computer decided it was going to die, after two times it shut down after being on for around 10-15 mins heat was present but not excessive and adequet cooling is provided. after the second time it decided not to power on at all, replaced the psu but to no avail it still wont work.

I'm looking for suggestions on what it may be, there is no power going to any devices or any beep codes from the system its self so it seems to me like it may be that the motherboard has died, any help is greatly appreciated.
