Have the fucking worst service ever. Would not recommend.
I was trying to check my bag, which after waiting in line, took 30 minutes to get some damn service. I was first directed to one of the machines that I could check myself with. I tried it and it wouldn't read my card. When I tried to tell the bitch it wasn't reading my card, she just kept repeating to use the machine. So i finally get the attention of someone else, and they just tell me to try another machine. After that one didn't work, they gave me the runaround for another 10 minutes before someone was finally willing to run my card manually.
During this 30 minutes, I observed them giving other customers a time. A lady next to me was given someone else's ticket. After she told them she had the wrong ticket, they took it back and said they couldn't help her and she'd have to wait for the manager to get off of lunch. They were giving another guy shit because he was 2 lb over the 50 pound limit. Only a few examples, was a bunch of pissed off customers at the bag checking station.
The flight itself wasn't bad, no complaints there.
The only redeeming part of the flight is when my soap got confiscated at security, the guy said "Old spice odor blocker body wash is too powerful to go undetected by security"
