Have the fucking worst service ever. Would not recommend.

I was trying to check my bag, which after waiting in line, took 30 minutes to get some damn service. I was first directed to one of the machines that I could check myself with. I tried it and it wouldn't read my card. When I tried to tell the bitch it wasn't reading my card, she just kept repeating to use the machine. So i finally get the attention of someone else, and they just tell me to try another machine. After that one didn't work, they gave me the runaround for another 10 minutes before someone was finally willing to run my card manually.

During this 30 minutes, I observed them giving other customers a time. A lady next to me was given someone else's ticket. After she told them she had the wrong ticket, they took it back and said they couldn't help her and she'd have to wait for the manager to get off of lunch. They were giving another guy shit because he was 2 lb over the 50 pound limit. Only a few examples, was a bunch of pissed off customers at the bag checking station.

The flight itself wasn't bad, no complaints there.

The only redeeming part of the flight is when my soap got confiscated at security, the guy said "Old spice odor blocker body wash is too powerful to go undetected by security"

Nope, I fly twice or three times a year. I usually fly delta or southwest, and from the time I walk into the building to the time I'm waiting to board my plane is usually 15 minutes.

United employees have been getting shit on paywise/benefitwise hardcore within the past 2 years and its just getting worse and worse, im surprised they aren't throwing flaming shit's at the glass windows of the airports yet.

Shitty airline service mostly comes from shitty American airline companies in my experience.

- Every time I fly Lufthansa or Iberia I'm always met with a very polite crew, great complimentary food and services, and on-time departure/arrivals.
- Every time I fly United, Delta or Continental my luggage either gets lost or stuck in West Bubble Fuck, they charge five dollars for crackers and a coke, and the crew get pissed as shit when I ask them for something.

This is coming from someone who flies at the minimum 3-4 times a month in any given location between Europe and the U.S.

I took Delta down to Cancun and everything went better than expected.
AA and Delta are fucking terrible and I'm white!
Continental is meh but I get miles with them so I don't bitch.

Can't speak about Delta, but not using Southwest this is where you fucked up.
Southwest is top tier as far as US airline service goes. If you use them regularly, using anyone else is just asking to be disappointed.

If anyone speaks up about Southwest being shit, and they got crappy service from them, they treated you that way because DING DING DING, you were an ASS.

And don't even think of saying that the restrictions are there for the luggage handlers. I've seen them load a cargo hold and most of them deserve any injuries they get.

I have definetly had the worst experiences flying United over any other airline. Southwest is probably the best if they fly where you are going, but still it sounds like nothing compares to flying in other countries. My friend is from Indonesia and she was appalled by how crummy American airlines are.

They do require people over a certain weight buy two tickets when flying, and if the flight is full and you don't have your second seat, they will kick you off. This happened to Kevin Smith, and he was quite angry about it.

The major problem for most US airline is they always oversell their ticket. Because they usually expect that 5~10% of passenger will unable to make to their flight.

My friend had once order a ticket from priceline like two weeks before, then he go to check in, they told him flight is fulled and there is no seat available for him, which is ridiculous. Also, by that time it still has at least one hour and half before departure...

Talk about US airline experience, I have better experience in jet blue that other airlines. While AA gave me the worst impression, because they direct me to wrong terminal once, and cause me miss a flight, and almost miss an international flight. Why the fuck the AA officer is in the continental terminal. Especially when I ask her about the announcement she made, she just say just go to that terminal, don't ask.

Lets see. I'm tiny and get bullshit for having a bag a kilo over due to "weight limits" while fattie behind me gets no hassle despite being 3 times my size and weighing the plane down more than me and my bags ever would.

I wouldn't mind paying my air fees based on the combined weight of my person and my bags.
