The type of the file is NTFS

So every time I turn on my computer for the past 3 days I get this message on start up. It says I can skip the file check by hitting any key but it doesn't register my keyboard so I can never skip it lol.

So it scans the computer and every time it deletes then recovers file 358120.

How can I figure out what file that is, and what can I do to get it to stop recovering it?

Typically on boot up of the computer when there's an error, the computer won't recognize the keyboard in the usb slot, which i'm assuming is why you can't use the keyboard. If you have an adapter(usb > ps/2), you can skip the screen. As far as the error though, i'm not sure what it is, could be a corrupted windows file. If you have a windows disk, maybe try a repair after you get into windows.

Also, this is a reason why NTFS sucks, and MS should be moving to ZFS or HFS+. Fucking NTFS self corrupts over time and its a goddamned pain in the ass.

could be bad sectors on your hard drive, find the manufacturers diagnostics and run them, if you're HDD is failing completely (which it might be) you will need to replace it soon... hopefully its in warranty

Your most sure-fire option is to back up your files and format. The problem is either just the file being corrupt or a physical hardware failure, and I would expect more than one file to end up this way if it was failure (the system would also be smart enough to mark the block as bad to prevent future writes, especially of the same file).
