Something odd with my iLevel

So last night (Thursday) I logged out with an iLevel of 329 (Enough to do heroics) I log on today after work and its suddenly dropped to 325 for no reason I didn't sell anything out of my bags or bank since then nor disenchanted anything and so on. When I look at my armory it also says "329" as Average and Wearing.

What the hell is going on?

Edit: It seems that armory is accurate as I've just gotten an upgrade (325 to 326 in game) equipped it logged out and checked armory which went from 329 to 330 as it should.

I had to /reload to fix mine. I was 329 the other day when logging off. Logged back in and said I can't do heroic as i'm 328. Reloading fixed it.
