This is a quote from SE support center FAQ:
"If you lost the PlayOnline ID or the password, you must contact the Support Center to retrieve them. Please select "Additional Assistance" located at the bottom of this Knowledge Base article. Enter the contact details and select "Next." Select "Next" again on the Support Information page to request assistance."
The only problem is, there is absolutely no "additional assistance" button located at the bottom, or anywhere on that page. How the hell do you get a hold of tech support?
