    Headset issues with front panel.

So I got my new motherboard back and everything is working right except the headset. It keeps disconnecting/reconnecting every few seconds (That bubble on the bottom right saying "You just plugged/unplugged a device never goes away due to it). And it thinks of my mic as a subwoofer.

    Pic of my audio jacks:

All I have plugged in is my PC speakers in the rear and the headset in the front, nothing else.

EDIT: If it helps any. This is my case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...KN1-GP%20Black

I have the same issues with my case. Your headphone jack isn't making a tight connection, most likely due to you walking away and snapping out your headphones a couple times. I bet if you hold your headset input and put some pressure to angle it, it will work.

I called my case manufacturer for a replacement (same company as yours) and they sent me a new set of jacks. Less then two weeks later i cracked the input again. Now I use coins to keep my headphones at an angle since there is a ledge below my input.

Hmm had a feeling it was a bad connection.

And since I don't want another replacement... do they make speakers with a jack for headphones still? And possibly for a mic to?

might sound dumb, but did you check your audio lead from the motherboard that goes to the front of the case?

I haven't and I really don't know if I can due to how the case is designed. I'm going to give it a final inspection tomorrow after I transfer my files from my old PC over to this one though so I'll see if that's even possible.
