We noticed some of our peers are not using battle regimens when they fight notorious monsters, or even regular mobs like levequests.
Here at Prismatic Llama we want to try to encourage the use of BRs more so we brought you a video of our LS on Istory fighting the buffalo NM so you can see closely how much BRs affect the pace of battle:

I took out the Teamspeak sound layer so it's just the in-game effects, but you would normally hear us shouting "BR1" "Move to front" "BR3" etc..
Our LS does Battle Regimens in 3 sequences (Which we shout out in Teamspeak)
BR 1 = Normal Attack > Normal Attack = Lower Attack followed by (usually in the same link)
BR 2 = Normal Attack > Weaponskill = TP
And then BR 3 Separately which is = Weaponskill > Weaponskill > Offensive Nuke (We usually stack a bunch of weaponskills)
What we've noticed is that the more weaponskills stacked the more the damage is increased.
We've gotten our lancers to hit for over 2k before, and on our alts in a level 35 party we blasted a Black Eft for 4k damage killing it within the first 10 seconds of the fight (it would have gone quicker if the BRs were queued faster).
The benefit of NMs is the reduced healing required, as well as the heavy boost in damage and optimization of TP.
In our above video we low manned it so for our BR3 chain we didn't toss in a nuke being that we only brought one mage.
