My main concern is that I'll spec out parts, order them, and then within a few months some major new development in processors or other components will happen, and I'll have spent a lot more money than I really needed to--sort of like the people who wind up buying an iPod or other Apple product near the end of a cycle who pay full price for something that was just made obsolete. Aside from Moore's Law, is there any similar concern as far as PC building?
Thanks.
