    He asked me if I could drive him to court and back out of the blue yesterday I asked why he was going back to court and he told me what happened apparently he didn't learn his lesson and has totaled his car completely while drunk by driving into a parked car.

    I told him sure man "If you bring my SNES." I go to pick him up pretend I need gas and ask him to go inside and pay since he said he would pay for gas
    When he gets inside I drive off leaving him stranded, his cell phone was in my car.

    Got my SNES back, got him fired from his job, missed his court date and he "lost his phone".

    Lol.

    Can't he claim you stole his phone though? Its USA we're talking over there, anything is worth a lawlsuit.

    This is the guy who has crashed someone else's car, and his car all in the span of a month while intoxicated. I'm not worried.
