You heard that right. SquareEnix’s aging (and arguably better than FFXIV) MMO, Final Fantasy XI, has been considered by the developer to be ported to the PlayStation Vita. Why? No idea. Although, the thought of a true MMO on a handheld system intrigues me in ways you can’t imagine. Nothing is confirmed, and producer Hiromichi Tanaka has said nothing more than that they have considered the possibility. Still, makes you wonder…
