KujataPride is looking for a few members to fill our roster, as we are looking at future events with the goal to continue being successful and rewarding for our members. We have 5 core members who have been part of the Linkshell for 3 years now, and we do want to keep the numbers relatively low.

What we expect from you are 2 things:
One being simply having a variety of jobs, or the jobs we currently need, the other being knowledge of how to play your jobs properly.
You do not need to worry about being geared "above average" or "pro" as some people would say, I'm sure you get what I mean with that.

We will get missing +1/+2s for your jobs, and whatever else you may be missing from older content.
We have been working on Empyrean weapons since Scars of Abyssea came out, and will continue to do so as time allows. A lot of those are done in free time, as everyone is more than willing to help members as long as they don't get what they want and leave or don't help at all in return. In the past we have done Empyreans in event time as well, and based on what members want to do most we may or may not reduce the event time used for that matter.


As the Subject states, we are mostly a GMT linkshell and run around 7pm GMT, Monday and Wednesday however are considered free days currently.


Lately we have been doing Abyssea, Walk of Echoes, Voidwatch and Einherjar very successfully. Depending on interests/wants we may or may not set a focus on a specific event(We will do the lower tier Voidwatch again for you should you happen to need any clears or Key Items).
In addition to the above, we of course do events at members' request as well.

We do not base the item distribution on DKP, but since we have never been a big linkshell and will never be one we base it on common sense and trust. As in, if you know someone else will have a greater use for an item, let him/her have it. Leaders only set priority if one person simply lots everything and doesn't set a focus on anything, aka if he/she is being a lootwhore.

We do have a Linkshell bank, and it's updated on Guildwork so everyone can follow sales and purchases. We try to keep a minimum of 5M, but a maximum of 10M in the bank. Once it reaches 10M, everything sold during events will be split to members attending until the bank drops below 5M again. The bank money is used to pay for events(Can't think of much except for Einherjar right now), and to pay for things like buying pop items for NMs that drop Emp90 items, such as Tiger hides and Sisy fragments. Since Einherjar cost was reduced in this update, we will think about more uses for the bank, for example buying medicines needed during events for members. Nothing is set in stone about that yet though.

Small recruitment bump.

Filled most spots we had in LS, however we are still looking for one "career" PLD, or someone who can play PLD very well. We are considering other applications as well, but having and knowing a lot about PLD will greatly increase your chances.
