    ffxiv client problem after 1.19 download

    I finally finished downloading the patch and it installed so I started the client after putting in the login info and hitting the big red play button I recieved an error code 216 saying this version of ffxiv is not compatible with the version of windows you're running. Check your computers info to find out whether your running 32 or 64 bit windows. I have never recieved this error before and I wondered if anyone else has recieved it. I'm hoping it's something in the patch that's doing it.
