I haven't heard of male street walkers the same way you have female street walkers. A male street walker would probably get fag-dragged. I imagine they dress like normal dudes and their clientele tends to be on the down low.

I've known a male escort (for women mainly, though they'd do guys too for the right money) or two because I have a very strange circle of friends, and they dressed normally, and spent a lot of time in the gym.
