If you care about ray tracing, Series X > S > PC > PS5

PS5/XSX are 4k and 60 FPS during gameplay in quality mode, 120 FPS during cut scenes and pre-renders
120 FPS on performance mode, but Series X has screen tearing

PC has trouble maintaining 60 FPS while at 4k, a locked 30 stabilizes it
