POL-0246?

Redownloaded FFXI, and tried logging in and got this error. Anyone know what it is and how to fix it? Note: loaded ffxi with out windower and with windower and had the same result.

Has your network, computer, or any other related configuration changed since the last time you played FFXI? The next error in the list, 0247, is a networking error, and this may be the same.

I recently changed to Comcast, I already added the ports needed for FFXI and it still didn't work. I called SE and they told me to download the Vista/Windows7 version of POL. It worked then I know have a error

"Playonline Viewer installation cannot write to specified destination folder. Please check your access privileges".

Sounds like registry files are preventing it from being installed.
