What it is, psyched about this since along with Virtua Fighter 4 Evo and Guilty Gear XX, Tekken Tag is my favorite fighting game of all time. Hopefully it's going with the same route the original Tag went and giving us EVERYONE in the series, because I would love to see some of the old characters redone in modern graphics (Jun, Devil/Angel, Ogre, etc)

Time to scratch SFxTekken/TekkenxSF off my list in favour of this.

TTT was the first fighting game I played on the last-gen consoles, and it did not disappoint. As long as there's no forcefed 'campaign' mode like they did for Tekken6, I think TTT2 has a chance.

It's impossible to hate Tag, the later games in the series have been up and down but I honestly can't think of someone who can give a legit reason why Tag wasn't/isn't downright awesome. For me it was the original killer game that made the PS2 a must own system. I have many good memories in college of long nights passing the mic around in Tag and kicking back with Olde E.

The summer 2011 JP arcade release means that I'll still be in Korea when it comes out. I personally love T6, and maybe a part of that is just how great the arcade culture is around that game here. It's nothing compared to TTT though. My local arcade here in Ulsan has 6 T6 cabs, and 14 TTT cabs. When I get frustrated with T6 I hop onto one of the available TTT machines for a little while, which is nice since they cost about $.10 per game.

I just got back from the arcade in old downtown Ulsan. One of the guys there told me, "This is the best week of my life. With TTT2 being announced just days before Chuseok*, it's like having two holidays at once!"

*Chuseok is Korean Thanksgiving, and it's on Wednesday of this week.

TTT was the last Tekken game I played seriously being that Tekken 4, 5, and 6 sucked donkey balls, especially 4. Maybe TTT2 will get me back into the franchise.

5 has been my fav so far, though I never played 6, so I guess if it didnt change too much, 6 would be my fav too.

6.0 was atrocious. T6BR is one of the best fighting games I have ever played.
