    bleh, I want to rant about a book but I know someone will spoil it

    it's a very popular book

    it's taking so friggin long to get back to the character that igaf about. I was hoping the character would be the main character and captain boringface would just be in the previous book(s)

    this character I like is so badass and interesting and the author still hasn't explained some things about them

    it's not quite filler but god I can't wait for the good part


    thankfully this likely won't be as bad as Robert Jordan leaving characters out of an entire novel (although, hmm stupid R.R. Martin did it too)
