OK so first up is Super http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1512235/

I have never found someone who has actually seen this movie before I tell them about it, and it is hilarious. I don't want to give too much away obviously, but it's got Dwight from the office becoming a Super hero in order to do good. This might have one of my favorite scenes in it in any comedy ever, but I don't want to give it away.

Next up is Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0437857/

This ones a horror film. I'm not a big horror guy, but this one styles itself after movies like Halloween, but from the perspective of the killer including how he does the deeds. It's a little predictable but a good watch.

I'm probably going to get shit about how this ones common, but I hadn't heard of it until recently. Next is IP Man http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1220719/

This movie is a Kung Fu movie (kinda). It follows Yip man who is basically the man who pioneered kung fu as it is known today, but the story focuses very heavily on the occupation of China from Japan. There is not as much Kung Fu as a normal Kung Fu movie, and it is replaced with a very good story.

This is another kung fu movie, but more traditional kung fu. It follows 13 samurai who form an alliance to assassinate a particularly brutal lord. Some pretty epic fight scenes, but it's kinda slow. Also, it's in subtitles if that reading thing annoys you.
