Ok, so I was interviewing for 2 positions, one with my company (safety bet) and the one at the competition. My boss at my current company called me tonight and said they passed on me for the current company position. I talked to my future boss and the position I am going for there is a lot of resistance as I have only been in the current industry for about 2 years.

If I land this position tomorrow my salary package + bonuses + stock options literally double. I will be in an entirely new class of profession and income.

If I fail I am going to get fired by my current company within a week.

Let the fucking games begin.
