Trademark "Seeker's of Adoulin" Registered

Seems this is the most appropriate place, and nothing has been mentioned yet that I have seen, so heres the details!

Square Enix has registered the trademark "Seeker's of Adoulin" yesterday. Adoulin is a small island to the west of Quon. Here is to hoping its an expansion, not an addon!

Yeah, after reading that and seeing this patent today, im very stoked for a full disk based expansion :D also, cant forget about the PS2 disk space requirements being doubled!

As excited as I am about this, I really hope they rethink their release schedule for storyline. Having the story advance an inch every 3 months isn't very fun. Frankly, I'd much rather them take even longer if it meant they could release larger, cohesive "chapters" of the story at once.

It would be nice to get some new jobs and a new leveling area similar to abyssea. Everyone is level capped and I still haven't been able to bring a few jobs up.

Anyone good with looking up this sort of thing able to verify? Last I heard, people couldn't find it on the normal US patent site that people usually look this stuff up on, with the excuse that it hadn't updated yet and the person who found it saw it on a different lookup site.

I'd feel better about this if someone here actually managed to find this patent themselves, and maybe posting a link instead of a screenshot.

I wouldn't mind Geomancer as a new job. Might work well as a sub job for some other jobs, depending on how it's implemented.

The job I would level, if it were ever released, is Necromancer. Gimme mah pet jawbs!!! Besides, wasn't PUP originally supposed to be Necromancer but then SE changed their minds? Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that.

I recall them saying something about undead only come at night, so job would be useless for half game day, and that PUP was a compromise. ;/

no more pet jobs pls ¬.¬, all of them were broken (as in shittier) for the last couple of years and they just recently brought 3 of them from shittier to good/acceptable, leaving one of them (SMN) still on utter shittier. NO MORE PET JOBS. They just cant handle them, and dont know how to handle them.
