Looking for Camera, and mvement detection

Ok i'll try to explain my situation.

Moving to my new house in June but Appartement contract finish in July. Try to talked to the landlord to close my contract in june, at first he said yes, cuz he wanted to do repairs. But last week he told me he prefered going into vacation so that he won't accept that i finish my contract sooner.

So I'm stuck with 2 payments for 1 month (not a big deal).

But I heard that the landlord, made a pact wiht the new people, and since I know that he knows that I will leave, in mid june, he might try to come into my appartement while i'm gone, which is against the rules.

Reason why i'm not letting him enter is because It will be my electricity and all that shit.

Anyway. I want to install a Laptop with 1-2 Cameras to spy on my appartement while i'm gone so tha tthe owner won't come and try to do shit. (Had a lot of problem with him like stealing my electricity and all) which is why i'm beeing cautious.

I wanna know whats is the best way to spy on my appartment. and how much a camera could cost me.

    1) Plug 2 camera ( to check the doors) on the latop wiht an external HDD and record 24/7
    2) Plug 2 Camera with movement detection that starts recording only when they detect a movement (to save HDD space)

    Thanks

Keep your keys till your lease is over. If you're paying for the apartment, you have no obligation to return your keys. Make routine checks to your apartment, and make sure its vacant. If your keys dont work, call the cops since youre locked out of your own apartment.

I know about keeping my keys, but just keeping my keys won't make a proof that the landlord didn't go in.

But yeah going to check once-twice per week could help

Just block the door with something. If no one enters from the front, and somethings moved, then someone got in.

Seems like you're set on the pictures. If you get cheap Wireless IP cameras you'll be spending around $100-120 for 2 cameras. As for software you can use the ones the manufacturer provides (they usually provide you what you need). If you want something more sophisticated in software by giving you options the popular one is BlueIris but it's $50 for the license.

I just found some cheap Wireless IP Cameras for $45 on Amazon:
    Tenvis JPT3815W

If you're very fair in network setups you can get this up and running with ease. If you have a smart phone or tablet you can even view the cameras in real time (as long as you have internet connection of course)
