The return of a Thanksgiving tradition, for all my BG MSTies
Some of you may be old enough to have passed out during the old MST3K Thanksgiving marathons, and miss this once yearly tradition. Well, rejoice.

Joel is going to be hosting a 6 episode webcast marathon of classic episodes. Now most of you probably have your favorites cataloged lovingly on a spindle of old CDs or in a dusty folder on your HDD. But this is tradition.
For those of you hype for this, what're your picks for the lineup? In the meantime, enjoy some old episodes to get your engine revving.

"Manos" The Hands of Fate!

Yup, I own some DVDs of this show but I doubt I'll be around for it on Thanksgiving, unless I fail to get time off to go see my family in which case yesss MST3K. I am just old enough to remember this show running on Sci-Fi channel for a few years (back when they aired anime movies like Tenchi Muyo, too!) Though I can't say I have any favorite episodes, in fact, I never even got to see Manos lol.
-
I honestly hope they don't do Manos. It's so overdone at this point. I definitely want some Mike episodes though (Mike episodes tended to be stronger overall, that's right I'm a Mike MSTie). Gotta get Final Sacrifice, Space Mutiny, or Prince of Space somewhere in there. For Joel eps my guesses are Mitchell or Secret Agent Super Dragon.

^I just saw that one on Netflix, it was pretty funny, esp if you like to make fun of Canada.

I don't remember which Gamura it was, but the one where they sing the song is amazing. Also, the Prince of Space
-
Do you mean the Jet Jaguar song? That wasn't a Gamera, that was Godzilla vs Megalon. And they probably won't play that, sadly. The episodes are probably only going to be ones that Rhino (the company putting the series on DVD) didn't get the rights to that one. They had to recall and issue another printing of one of the DVD collections because it had a Godzilla episode in it and Toho was like "Yo, no." Now Godzilla pressings of that box set are worth mad cash to MSTies with deep pockets.
