So weird thing, was running CM11 on my Nexus5 and today saw that OffensiveSecurity put out NetHunter for Nexus devices, downloaded and flashed the phone using TWRP and now I can't change the wallpaper from static image to static image. I can change it to a live wallpaper or disable the wallpaper completely.

Tried rebooting and doing a hard boot as well and still no go, very odd bug. Also tried swapping launchers from Apex to Nova to the default CM one.
