Pretty simple, when the girl stops you spam (don't think you have to spam but I did just incase) the /nod emote. When the guy stops and girls run up to him you spam /slap on him. Keep doing that till they get to the end of their track and then talk to them for reward.

You can also make the floozies turn away from the couple by /wave'ing to them from the other side so they turn around.
I think the idea is that you /nod or /shake (or /yes and /no) to approve or disapprove of the girl's notions. They basically walk a loop, and following along once get the furniture, second gets the NQ suit, and third the HQ.
It's a new reward, but the event is the same as it has been before.
