    I start my day off with the The Daily podcast from NY Times. To my surprise today's episode was about this.

    $22mil earmarked into the budget by Harry Reid. The guy who was a part of the program resigned out of protest because he wanted more public disclosure. Program ran from 2007 to 2012.
