    Our best cost/speed ratio isnt as good as the average US internet provider, supposedly. I pay $115.20 per month (service, surcharges and tax, $93.06 USD) for 1Gbps down 30Mbps up of unlimited BW.

    Oof, you gotta pay extra charges if you run over a 50gb threshold for the month? I think that's when Xfinity started hitting me with extra fees during the summer.

    I pay 84 CAD for 1 gig up/down in BC. Which is about 70 USD. Internet does seem cheaper here in BC than elsewhere in canada though.

    Just updated my plan for 600/20 for $80. Gigabit plan is over $100 with a 1 year commitment discount.

    My rates are about the same as 6. Comcast's only competition around me is AT&T and their plans are worse.

    So I restarted my modem/router after sealing the deal to take advantage of the upgrade. My router died in the process. This is actually a blessing because I learned through troubleshooting that the router capped speeds at 100 mbs.
