Ralf Koster (UO/Star Wars:Galaxies) and Dave Georgeson (EQ2/Landmark) have formed their own company called Playable Worlds.

Currently they are creating a Sci-Fi mmo called Star Reach. This is not some crowdfunded indy mmo, this one actually has investor backing.

It will be a PVE Sandbox (with seperate PVP servers), with AI scripting, tera forming, and player housing. I guess sorta what EQ Next was suppose to be.
