Set in a distant post-apocalyptic 4026 maybe-Earth's-Japan, fantasy samurai girl Emma and her wolf best friend katana fights literally the mononoke forest spirit, killer death robots, kaiju, and desperado sword masters with fucking GORGEOUS CINEMATICS, SET DRESSING, CHARACTER DESIGN AND IF THEY COULD DO THIS THE WHOLE TIME HOW AND WHY THE FUCK DOES POKEMON STILL LOOK SO BAD?!?!

Fictions, Inc. was founded earlier this year, and aside from this has published only one other title to release: a vapid party game for the LEGO Group called "LEGO Party!". Inspiring.

Cold-blooded. Never expected anything like this from Game Freak. Really makes you wonder how much they're chafing at having to make such cute games all the time.

Looks cool on paper. Curious what got them into this project. Not sure if I'd actually buy this, but I can at least hope that this increases the talent depth and the skill of the developers at the studio.
