Developed by Bit Reactor (Former XCOM Devs)
"There's a war you don't see.The one fought in the shadows. The war beneath the war.”
Command an elite squad through a gritty and authentic story set during the twilight of the Clone Wars in STAR WARS Zero Company™, a single-player turn-based tactics game developed by Bit Reactor in collaboration with Respawn Entertainment and Lucasfilm Games.
Step into the shoes of Hawks, a former Republic officer who leads Zero Company - an unconventional outfit of professionals for hire hailing from across the galaxy. Hawks and Zero Company are recruited for an operation that pits them against an emerging threat that will consume the galaxy if left unchecked. To succeed, Hawks will lead a team of uneasy allies who must set aside their differences to overcome nearly impossible odds.
Opening up in the high 80s for reviews. Sounds like the game is a bit of a mess on the technical side (multiple reviews saying it crashed their PC a couple times), but solid story and gameplay.
yuge reviews, lotta reviewers saying it's up there with the best Star Wars stories + EA has a day 1 patch the reviewers didn't get which hopefully cleans up some of the technical malarkey
it's day 1 for me dogs especially with the anachronistic $50 price tag
This is getting put on the backburner for me unfortunately. New plague tale game same day gets priority, and I doubt I'll have that finished before Blood of the Dawnwalker comes out.
p much same but toss in the Warhammer Total War DLC instead of Resonance. thankfully GTA is indeed clearing out a big path until November. glorious 6 weeks for vidya ngl.
lmao it's absolutely not a game you 100%. at the start of each campaign you select one legendary lord to roll through and there are 100+ of them and each takes a couple dozen hours depending how long you run with it. game's been out since 2022 and i've finished maybe 20-25 of em ?
