lol yup you can imagine the jockying as to who gets the 1st one. Drops were:

2 Cashmere Wool
2 Cashmere Threads
1 Wrym Horn
1 Dragon Blood
1 Dasmacene Cloth
1 Dragon Heart
3 Dark Crytals (the best part imo)

The recipe for Sha'ir Manteel requires only one Cashmere wool, correct? Or does allakhazam have the recipe wrong? If you got 2 wool, that's 2 manteels, and 2 very happy BRDs.

Could you really say NAs ? I see a lot of Japanese chat in those screen shots. Doesnt look like an NA HNMLS much to me..... seems like you really cant say "NAs" got the first kill if you did it with another JPN HNMLS now could ya? ...

A little background on the LSes involved:
KnightsofNi - my LS, we are mainly American with 1 Japanese and 1 Taiwanese member. We kill Jormungand, Tiamat, etc. regularly.
Highpower - Basically the Japanese version of my LS.

Racial breakdown of the Vrtra fight was 32 Americans, 1 Dutch, 1 Taiwanese, and 30 Japanese . With solely Americans about a week prior to this (basically shouting at every 70~75 RDM BRD and BLM to come help us >.>) we were able to take Vrtra down to about 10%, but two spike flails ruined our momentum. There really aren't any other American HNMLSes experienced in COP Wryms, so we decided to team up with the only other LS (Highpower, Japanese) on our server who had successfully killed Jormungand and Tiamat. The strategy was the brainchild of my LS, we simply did not see any American LSes to team up with that had enough experience to kill Vrtra. Anyway, this fight definately does not require 64 people. Ideally, I would have a tank + smn alliance, 1 BLM alliance, and then 1 melee PT. Jobs would consist of 4 NINs, 12 BLMs, 8 SMNs, 4 WHMs, 7 RDMs, 7 BRDs, and 4 MNKs.
