Mythic: Forging a New Myth

This Sunday I'll complete the last 2 assaults and pickup the locked Yagrush. I have the T4 items ready to go, my only question is on the Balrahn battle.

I have not yet completed the quest: Unlocking a Myth (White Mage) through the BLU NPC Zalsuhm in Jeuno accruing the 250 WS points and unlocking Mystic Boon. Do I need to take the locked Yagrush, talk to Zalsuhm, unlock Mystic Boon, and then do the Balrahn fight?

This wasn't too bad since I already had all titles but 2, 80k nyzul points, 85k ichior, 3 accounts to tri-box assaults, a couple friends who really wanted skadi/bloodshed plans, and a large pile of gil just sitting around. I would not want to start from scratch especially with alex being 15k each.

Thought I'd hijack this thread rather than the completed thread... I just finished my Carn on Friday and got it to 95 last night. What kind of setup do I need for PW? Is PD still needed for his AF-happy last form?

I think I still need about 7 assaults just to get Captain to start the quests.

Anyone got any idea how ToAU kings are post-Adoulin? Would be nice if SE allowed Besieged wins to count toward kills and cut the alex amount again.

If you just get a twilight job to zombie it, you may be able to kill it without PD, if you wipe just get up and unweak.

This is accurate from my experience and a lsmate. I was able to catch 2/3 quite soon after a version update server reboot but a lsmate who needed gulool wasted 2-3 weeks and finally gave up camping his mule there. I think I killed mine duo without a concern. Solo may be dangerous given the adds that cast frequent nukes. A pet job may work, the hardest part being getting hate onto the pet since the king and adds will agro you before you can sic. I also legitimately farmed keys, this process can be somewhat time consuming and repetitive. For those who may use a 3rd pt app, this process would be less of a chore.
