Are you kidding? Mario Kart Double Dash's learning curve is 15m, you could play that for a year, and lose to your 8 year old cousin that just started playing.

Mario Kart 64 is probably the best of the series, with the pealing out boosts, clever tracks, original battle modes, and well, shit, I played double dash and thought they took the 64 version and just made it worse.

mario kart 64, like Goldeneye 64 , can never be replaced for me.

MK64 Multiplayer is awesome. Friends killed 20 striaght hours cycling 6 people through. Good marathon.

I used to play Mario Kart: GBA at lunch EVERY day with three other people at lunch time in school.. lol... god I miss those days. That was 4-6 years ago, though... /sigh. I'd probably have to say that I had my most fun with that game. After playing MK Double Dash, then trying to play the GBA one again, holy SHIT it is hard.

I haven't tried the new one for DS, but I heard its very, very good.
