    Which Element are the different Moon phases?

    New Moon, Full Moon, Waning, Waxing, any I'm missing?
    Which element are each of these (dark/light)

    Personally i think assigning elemental properties to the dirrections, and moon phases is just superstition. But i don't see how the moon phases can have elemental properties when the day of the week changes the elemental appearance of the moon.

    I'm not saying i'm not the kind of person that faces certain dirrections, but even though i do it, i think i do it more out of supersitition than fact.

    I am not sure that they do or not, However lately i've been recording my HQ's, HQ rate, Days, Times, Moons, and . . .
    Anyways I've noticed a few different things, but I'm thinking there is a dark/light based alignment with the different moon phases. I'm just trying to confirm this to back my data I've logged.

    Isn't the Japanese moon in /clock separated by 8 different phases?

    and there are 2 different complete cycles to the moon. 100% full and 0% new fall on two different days. if that made any sense. what i mean is 100% full is on lightsday then watersday and 0% new is on iceday then firesday. for people that believe in the direction, day, phase, percentage, etc; they speculate that one cycle is light and that the other cycle is dark. i cant say for sure which is which.

    not sure if that helps or is considered english, but there you go.

    If one cycle was dark and the other light then
    firesday 0% would be the light cycle
    icesday 0% would be the dark cycle
    Lightsday 100% would be light cycle (obviously)
    watersday 100% would be dark cycle

    That is if the cycles are element based.
    I'm just confused on the Waning and Waxing part and to which element those would be based on.
