Guess the server didn't reset after all, because it never spawned. Anyone else camp anything enough to determine if the times were reset or if it wasn't?

There's the possibility of Centurio spawning in k-7 or the main pop area, and perhaps he did spawn in K-7 and someone killed it, but I really don't think it did.

it should pop about 21hr after the server went up before maintenance ended if what i remember from russta is right

It'll pop 21hr-21hr10min(longest I waited for it) from when that zone came up. Your best bet is to go there at the 20th hour and watch for it since even though you could log on at a certain time, it doesn't mean the window is exactly that.

Server often boot a long time before you can log in. I should be 21hour after (19h if server was up for 2 hours)

With a short maintenance like this one, I'd actually suggest just going at 21 hours after the servers went down (9am PST + 21 hours). At most, you'll only be waiting 2 hours. But its better than showing up after it popped because the servers actually were up at 10am PST but for some reason didn't let people log in until 11am PST.

1st pop for Centurio (earring) ,Tonberry (Cape) and Yagudo (Ajase neck) pops after 20hrs from when servers are up ,after you kill them they pop after 21:00hr-21:10hr
So it's good to go @10am EST it should pop between 10-11am EST time.

Due to the windows of the NMs after the maint, it should be about 30mins around 30mins before we could actually log on.
