back in high school...we had a 2 hour delay if the weatherman predicted snow.

If we got a 1/2 inch, school was cancelled

    gotta love the South.

I remember when it would be -20 Celcius outside (I live in Canada) and it would be snowing for 5 days on end and we would still have to go to school.

I wish it was still like that, global warming has essentially erased Spring (Fall is like two-three weeks so we still have it) from where I live (Alberta) and we got literally no snow this year. A dry Christmas, so gay...

I'll never forget the time I was watching CNN while there was a big snowstorm in northern Ohio and they had live cameras set up in Cincinnati with an expert on the phone. They kept repeating themselves along these lines...

"Well bob, we're looking at cincinnati right now and everything is fine there." "Well the storm is much farther north..." "But bob, we're looking at cincinnati right now and everything looks OK." Etc etc for about 10 minutes.

No school tomorrow, even though the roads are clear. It's so joyous.

I get my SAT scores tomorrow

I wonder if it's going to be a humbling experience or if I'm just going to resolve myself to think standardized testing and the educational system are gay
