Picked up Warriors Cuisses today and was wondering if the double attack and STR would be more beneficial then the attack on the Subligar.

Does this look like the KI Warrior forum to you?
blow me i dont want to listen to those noobs
For the real answer, why not test yourself and come to your own conclusions?
You have a ridill and an adaman hauberk and you ask this? o_o
Changed the order of I and some words, but I believe I have made your comment truer to the rest of us.i blow, you dont want to listen to me, a noob

honestly you'll get more answers from KI than here when it comes to equip choices. What you'll get there though is more noobs, so you just need a bit more effort splitting up the posts from the people who are "I think it's OK if you lvl up 2 75 with AF1 pants aslong as u r having fun ^^".
edit : I do agree though, did you just buy your account or wear armor that other people told you to, without thinking about it's use? I mean, come on. Sure I asked for gear choices on my first melee job, but I also tested my own crap out, and by now I know what does what.
And you can't make a decision for yourself? Uninstall FF, please.75BLM 75SMN 75WAR 75PLD 75BRD
i was just wondering because of the people i have asked i have gotten mixed responses, and i thought that maybe someone on here could actually give an intelligent response. As far as as me figuring it out for myself, im sure i will, just thought it was worth asking about.
God forbid you might have to test them yourself.
50 mobs with Heca subligar on WS, Parser average WS.
50 mobs with AF2 Legs on WS, parser average WS.
EGADS MAN, SO DIFFICULT!
Eh, in his defence it's kind of a hard decision. You take something that has an undetermined amount of Double Attack on it (it in fact is really shitty) and STR+6, a stat mod on the particular WS you're using. On the other hand you have something that has DEX for acc on a WS (kinda meh), and a shitload of Attack. It took me awhile before I ended up solely using Subligar after switching to it once in a U.Range party and being pretty blown away. Especially when using March/Minuet that 20 extra attack is just amazing. Add meat to your arsenal and the dex helps alil with the much needed accuracy when you throw on WS gear and lose basically all accuracy.Originally Posted by DeusNoctis
Granted w/ alot of my EXP PTs I tend to lean more towards high VT-IT PTs, where hitting or coming close to your attack cap is pretty impossible, and I tend to use sushi in alot of my PTs. (I use Meat ALOT...just not the majority of recent EXP PTs.)
It's not a hard decision, it's a time-consuming decision. However seeing as OP has not one but 2 abj bodies off nidhogg AND a ridill...he has time to go find out and report back, instead of just leeching information.Originally Posted by Lockecole
for some reason i thought the point of forums was to share information and discuss ... I dont know could be wrong tho.
By hard I mean it's not as simple as looking at two pieces of gear, and realizing one is better then the other. Definate parsing or testing has to be done, and I think its a valid question, since its something I questioned myself for awhile. With all of that said, no I dont think this is the right place to ask it though.Originally Posted by aurik

Cuisses for steel cyclone, and for things you are /thf at.
One isn't outright better than the other, its situational.
Duh, everyone knows you use Koenig for Steel Cyclone.Originally Posted by Amara

The real question is if he is using carne or pez crudo...
