we've had random pairs of people sitting way up in the sky in rabao before, not even on a tree or anything, just "up there". and weren't there pics of rusty flying around the tops of crags? not arguing, i don't even know how people get up there, just that the pic mentioned may not be fake, regardless of how they ended up up there

True and also false. If you Fix Y then hit 'up' you will not appear to move vertically on other peoples' screens. Then when you get high enough you will disappear entirely off the map. However, if there is something with 'clipping' above you (what I mean is, something you can walk on) then as you rise up above this object/thing/floor/whatever your character will magically appear standing on that thing, and so on for objects above that. Lance was standing on one of the branches in Aery which, for your information, has clipping. Try again.
